Walter P. Chrysler Museum Gallery

We have a great relationship with the Walter P. Chrysler Museum collection. We usually have up to 3 vehicles on loan to us at a time, and they are changed out a few times a year. Come in and get a closer look at these concepts! Here is the current offering, and below are some of the vehicles they’ve shared with us in the past.

1966 Dodge Charger ‘Lawman’
After posting a career of drag race victories, Elton 'Al' Eckstrand, a lawyer by trade, retired from his competition driving role in late 1965. Working closely with upper management at Chrysler in early 1966, Eckstrand was given a '66 Hemi Charger to use in a planned tour of U.S. bases in Europe, to demonstrate the the 400hp car. Showing serviceman how to handle that much power to hopefully reduce the number of car fatalities when they returned home.

Read more about Eckstrand and his Lawman at Motor Trend, and come see it while it’s here!
